Destination: This Moment

It is a misunderstanding to think that the power of mindfulness is only available to those who meditate for hours. Mindfulness can be practiced on the meditation cushion but is never limited to the cushion. It can be as simple as taking a breath, paying attention while doing something ordinary like washing dishes, or absorbing art and words.
Destination: This Moment aims to take the reader through a journey to mindfulness and cultivating an open heart with haiku-structured poetry and watercolor art.
