Calm and Curious: Mindfulness, Stoicism, and Philosophy for the Modern Classroom
Tim Iverson
Educators know they teach more than their subject area. They are also training their students' minds: their emotions, perceptions, and judgments. In Calm and Curious, veteran teacher Tim Iverson brings together inspiring and practical lessons from mindfulness, philosophy and Stoic psychology to help teachers cultivate focus and inquiry in their classrooms. Calm and Curious also contains a variety of original artworks created by the author.
